Request a Literature Search

It’s often difficult to find the time to do a literature search, or you may feel your search needs the extra input an information professional can offer.
Qualified staff at the Warner Library can carry out literature searches on your behalf to identify journal articles; guidelines; systematic reviews, and other relevant material to meet your requirements. This service will be useful –

  • if you are searching a complex topic,
  • if you are struggling to find material,
  • if it’s hard to find the time to search yourself
  • or if you simply want to make sure you are getting the best results.

To request a search please complete the form below, giving as much detail as possible, plus a contact number in case we need to discuss the search with you.

If you prefer to do the search yourself, but with an information professional alongside  to help and advise, please contact us.
We’re sorry we can’t carry out in-depth literature searches for student assignments, but you are very welcome to attend training to learn how to to do this yourself.
